Overview

The Job Role Are you looking for an opportunity to work for a forward-thinking company, in a thriving industry? Do you have strong admin experience and an interest in HR? If so, then we have the role for you Role Duties First point of contact for all HR admin queries Assist with the recruitment of any open roles On-boarding documentation and coordination Drafting of all employee lifecycle letters Manage HR systems including recording any absences Collation of all HR data Running reports Maintenance of employee files Support with benefits admin Handle outgoing and incoming reference requests Support on employment engagement initiatives Handle telephone enquiries and office reception Ensures meeting rooms are prepared for visitors Diary management Order stationary and company clothing when required Conducting weekly fire tests Raise and manage purchase orders Support on company communications including managing company newsletter Distribute mail and book couriers Other ad hoc admin duties when required Key Skills At least 2 years’ administration experience An interest in HR Highly organised and able to manage a busy workload Able to work to deadlines and thrive under pressure High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills both written and verbal Excellent MS word and excel skills Benefits Competitive salary (depending on experience).
