Overview
Our client based in Derby (DE21) are recruiting for a machine operative with a keen eye for detail and quality inspection skills A great benefit is that the role is working Monday to Thursday only, hours are 7.00am-5.15pm so off every Friday/Saturday and Sunday. The final product outcome will be woven products. Our Client is on the hunt for a reliable operative with some great skills to bring to the team in their busy, yet very friendly factory. The job will entail - - Weaving yarns throughout a machine. - Looking for small imperfections in the woven goods - ensuring perfect outcome products which is why it is imperative that the applicant has a keen eye for detail - Looking for oil leaks within the machine to raise to the attention of the maintenance team. - Ensure no fabric gets tangled within the weaving process The successful candidate will have experience of working with textiles, sewing or kitting machines.
