Overview

This is a job role which is defined as a key worker position playing a vital role within the UK at this present time. Registrations can be completed remotely, although there may be some circumstances where we may need to validate your identification documents. Gi Group work in the Food Industry across the UK and have immediate jobs in Derby. Do you want your next role to have excellent opportunities to gain a full time contract? We are after staff like you to jon the team on a temporary to permanent basis Various shifts include 0600 to 1400 1400 to 2200 0600 to 1800 2200 to 0600 (15% night shift allowance) Paying £8.72 per hour and rising as you gain more skills and length of service. Applicants who wish to apply for the role will be required to; Work in a chilled work environment (some sections are warmer / cooler then others but applicants must be able to work in multiple sections). Be comfortable working in a food environment, whose product is raw meat. Able to work with and contribute as part of a large site team. Good levels of communication, both written and spoken. Able to adhere to site procedures, with extra attention to Food Safety rules and Health and Safety regulations. Benefits of this position are; Consistent and regular hours of work.
