Luxury Travel Agent - Russian Speaking - Permanent - Hammersmith - £22,000 - £26,000 Your new company A fantastic opportunity is available working for a high end travel agency specialising in premium package holidays across the Middle East and other global markets. This position is a permanent Luxury Travel Agent who speaks fluent Russian to deal with reservations and nurture their customer base to provide an up-market service. The role will initially be working from home and the successful individual will be set up to do so before moving into new offices in Hammersmith, Chelsea or Kensington. Your new role Your new role will involve supporting the Managing Director with dealing with reservations relation to all aspects of holiday packages ranging from taxis, private jets, hotels to unique experiences. You will also be involved in nurturing your own customer base within the Russian market and will be expected to up-sell on products and services to increase revenue. You will offer a truly 5 star customer experience where you will go above and beyond to exceed clients expectations and make their travels seamless. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful you must have significant experience (minimum 1 year) within the travel industry, speak fluent Russian and have worked in a customer focused position where you will have up-sold products and services relating to holiday packages with examples to demonstrate providing a 5 star service to clients. What you'll get in return In return you will be offered a permanent role as a Luxury Travel Agent initially working from home but later on working in their new offices to be based in either Chelsea, Hammersmith or Kensington and with a competitive base salary of between £22,000 - £26,000 depending on experience plus commission and standard working hours of Monday to Friday 9-6pm.
