Job Description

We are looking for a Luxury Create Manager to work with the Create Director to drive and generate new non-endemic Luxury business. You will have and will cultivate positive and deep relationships within your client base and be responsible for generating bold, exciting proactive pitches and responses to briefs supported by data and insight, with a solid understanding of how these ideas can be best amplified. You will be focussed on gaining a strong working knowledge of Hearst Luxury brands and their commercial portfolios and products (display, digital, social, events, accreditation, content agency etc.) Key Responsibilities Responding to Luxury 'Partnerships/Creative Solutions' briefs Respond to in-bound content RFPs with creativity and out-of-the-box thinking incorporating Hearst content/creative studio, digital sales teams/leads, ad product & solutions, media planning and project management teams. Intelligently and contextually interrogating partnership / creative solutions briefs to ensure the most relevant proposals are generated Effectively and efficiently managing creative brainstorms with relevant Hearst stakeholders, to generate the most dynamic creative ideas Quickly distilling an array of objectives and inputs to determine the right, executable solution Creating expert responses with relevant insight, strategic creative/content proposition - written and presented in a compelling and clear narrative style and in a format that reflects Luxury Once booked, ensure detailed hand-over to relevant Hearst stakeholders - eg, PM's, MP's, Non-endemic Revenue Growth Constantly sourcing new business opportunities. This should be undertaken by establishing and maintaining contact with non-endemic Luxury clients and continuously assessing their business needs Working closely with the Directors of other category verticals to establish and pursue new business opportunities Keep abreast with Luxury industry news in order to generate intelligent proactive leads Working knowledge of Hearst rate card and ability to make recommendations where relevant Be aware of any trading constraints and business rules that affect digital offerings Reporting Management of pipeline with supporting 'Win/Loss' analysis to manage pipeline and help shape future pitches Regularly report on the progress of existing business and the development of that business against clearly defined targets Monthly mapping of clients and their opportunities Monitoring of competitor activity Hearst Ambassador Demonstrate depth and understanding of all Hearst Luxury brands and their place within the market Contribute to case studies around outstanding work ensuring positive results are incorporated Liaise with all departments within Hearst and be the go-to person for Luxury create opportunities Work in matrix style with other divisions of the business with clear brand understanding of their category Promote overall excellence across Hearst through innovation, creativity and effectiveness About You Significant Creative Solutions experience and expertise within the Luxury sector Strong understanding of digital solutions Proven track record of generating best in class creative ideas and sales Strong understanding of how to execute cross platform solutions Ability to build compelling creative solution decks that command attention based on insight To work collaboratively with all members of the Luxury hub and across the wider Hearst structure To work closely with content studio and editorial teams to realise ideas To follow the agreed 'Hearst Create' process Understanding of audience lens, media marketplace and advertiser's objectives. Working knowledge of all available research tools, eg, Ad Dynamix, Clear Decisions, GA as well as Hearst insight sources and materials
