Spa Therapist - Luxury 5* Boutique Hotel The LaLit Suri Hospitality Group, headquartered in New Delhi, is India's largest and the fastest growing privately owned Hotel Company. With excellence in service at the heart of what we do as well as a people centric culture, we invite you to join our team We are currently seeking a Spa Therapist to join our dedicated Rejuve Spa department. Your New Role As Spa Therapist in our Rejuve Spa, you will provide a range of five-star luxury spa treatments for our hotel guests. You will have an excellent telephone manner as the Spa Therapist is also responsible for taking reservations. You will strive to enhance the guest experience in order to continually improve the performance of the Rejuve Spa. What you will need to succeed Previous experience in a Spa from a luxury 4/5* hotel Experience in managing high profile guests Beauty Therapist Qualifications Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills Team player Proactive approach with initiative A polite, presentable and courteous manner What's on offer 28 paid holidays per annum Competitive salary Complimentary dry cleaning of business attire/uniform Discounted Food and Beverage Complimentary meals on duty Learning and development programs Varied Employee Social Calendar Eligibility In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
