Sous Chef - Ultra Luxury Contract Catering - London Our Client: An exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef has arisen at this ultra-luxury Contract Catering company based in London. My client covers events for some of the wealthiest companies in London where each event is individually created to their needs and is always to the highest standard of luxury. Salary & Benefits: * Salary is £30,000 plus up to £3,000 in overtime * Working Mon - Fri with overtime paid on weekends * 4/5 weeks holiday * Employee incentives * Pension Scheme The Individual: The perfect candidate will be a born leader and a real foody who is a passionate individual that gets a buzz from working with the best produce. This role would suit an experienced and highly driven Junior Sous Chef who is looking to continue to progress in their career. The ideal candidate will have fine dining experience as well as volume. Responsibilities: * Working within a high-end kitchen, creating innovative and taste dished. * Reporting to the world-renowned Head Chef. * Training and guiding agency/freelance staff. * When catering for large events you can oversee up to 50 chefs. * Working within a very mature/close knit team.
