Finance Manager opportunity, £30,000 - £40,000 Per Annum Your new company This is a very rare opportunity to join the world's leading logistics provider based in Banbury. Working across the globe in multiple sectors (including retail, automotive, FMCG, aviation etc.), this is fantastic chance to join a fast moving, highly successful business with endless progression opportunities. Your new role The purpose of the role is to control and manage the finance function, while ensuring all stakeholder reporting is timely and accurate. Likewise, to provide information and analysis to the wider business, including non-finance teams. The main responsibilities of the position include the completion of month end accounts, balance sheet reconciliation and other internal reports. Likewise, preparing budgets, forecasts and targets to identify trends and variances. Other duties include management of the finance function while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Moreover, work closely with Operational Managers to provide information, data and analysis, also to provide recommendations to influence key decisions. What you'll need to succeed A relevant financial qualification (AAT, CIMA, ACCA etc) with experience in a role of similar position/level, strong relationship building skills, especially with stakeholders.
