Overview

A large, well-established, global company based in Stockport are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join their expanding team on an on-going Temporary basis. The purpose of this role is to offer support to the internal teams and to professionally handle the process with external customers directly. Please see below an overview of the job responsibilities: Provide support to both the Sales Team and customers in regards to orders. Deal with new e-mail and telephone enquires whilst monitoring that requests are responded to within the targeted time-frame Add contacts to the system whilst checking that data is accurate Ensure that all sales are coded correctly to be processed internally and for delivery/invoicing purposes Liaise with the projects team to ensure customer information is correct in regards to their projects. Work alongside Business Development Managers and Project Managers to manage requests and update sales. Co-ordinate the delivery of projects - communicating with customers and other departments internally Be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring an excellent standard of service Build up rapport with customers to manage their expectations To be successful in this role, you must have had experience working in a fast-paced administration position and be proficient with MS office. The business are looking for someone who is dedicated to providing an excellent standard of service to customers who can work effectively on their own accord, displaying excellent organisational skills. In return, you will receive an £18,000pa equivalent, paid hourly, every Friday. There is the possibility that this position could turn permanent for the right person.
