Overview
Excellent opportunity to join a well-established scientific equipment supplier Our client provides a regular maintenance and emergency repair service for their equipment. We are looking for an experienced admin/inside sales/customer service person to specialise in ensuring our clients customers continue to use their maintenance and repair services. Using their CRM your target customers will be current clients with existing service contracts nearing the end of their term. There will be very little 'cold calling’ in the role and this small proportion of your time will be spent trying to win back 'lost’ or dormant accounts. The ideal candidate will have: - Previous experience of customer service/admin/inside sales - Excellent communication skills (phone & email) - The ability to negotiate - Excellent organisational skills Applications are invited from experienced inside sales, admin or customer services professionals, who can work in team orientated environment, with the ability to form professional business relationships with clients/customers.
