The corporate team advise UK and international public and private companies including Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 as well as financial institutions on a number of cross border transactions. Your new role Working directly with Partners on M&A and private equity transactions Giving expert advice to clients on a range of transactions Building and continually developing client relationships What you'll need to succeed You will be a 1 - 3 PQE corporate lawyer with exceptional experience in M&A and private equity gained at a top tier firm. You must have strong academics and be eager to develop your business development skills.
