We are recruiting for a passionate Purchase Ledger to work a fantastic position for a rapid-growth Media company. This is a varied role using your experience from multiple finance functions within Accounts Payable As an essential member of the team, you will be required to conduct the following; • Preparing and processing payment runs • Reconciling Credit Card statements in time for a daily payment run • Undertake of processing the supplier statements reconciliations • Liaise with suppliers and in-house operations to resolve all queries • Ad-hoc queries The ideal candidate will have the following; • Previous experience with high-volume workload • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar position • Experience in high volume supplier statement reconciliations • Team player • Knowledge of Excel – vlookups • Excellent communication skills and works well under pressure • Abe to identify and challenge patterns in large volume of transactions
