Overview
First People Solutions are currently looking for Streetwork Coordinators for long term projects within the Edinburgh region. The position is with a company who are going through a strong period of growth due to continued success within the Civil/Utilities sector - they have a strong pipeline of work in place that will see them busy for a number of years - which will in turn offer genuine routes of progression further down the line. As a successful Streetworks Coordinator you will have: Previous experience working in a streetworks team and raising and closing permits Strong scheduling experience and administrative background NRSWA knowledge including Permit Schemes and their common requirements for dealing with road closures Provide streetworks administration support in accordance with business operations and NRSWA / TMA Ensure compliance with all elements of streetworks legislation through effective management of notices, permits and other documents Liaise with operations, bus companies and local authorities to arrange bus stop / parking suspensions / road closures and use of portable traffic signals Should this be an opportunity of interest - please contact Jamie at First People Solutions or send your most up to date via the "Apply" button.
