LHR are proud to be partnered with a hugely successful manufacturing and distribution company who are looking to add a Payroll Administration Clerk to their Blackburn team. Our client works throughout the UK, with many Depots based throughout the country servicing a range of customers both trade and consumer. The focus of this role is to support the Payroll bureau, preparing accurate Payroll data and maintaining the in-house system. Key Duties of the Payroll Administration Clerk: Maintain, administer and check the in-house system Setting up new starters and processing leavers Check weekly clock cards for all employees, raise and resolve clock queries with department heads Check and summarise depot monthly time and attendance sheet and prepare for data input Prepare bonus, new starters, leavers, variation of terms, expenses, fuel declaration deductions, managers float control Check the accuracy of the payroll processed by the outsourcing company Prepare payroll data for the Payroll Bureau to process Liaising with outsourcing company on all issues The Successful Payroll Administration Clerk: Previous experience within Payroll support Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills Knowledge of Payroll software and MS Excel This is a permanent role with an immediate start available.
