Payroll & HRIS Advisor | Blackburn | £26000-£28000 | 36 days holiday | Excellent benefits| Parking Your new company A large and well established manufacturing business in Blackburn, Lancashire, are seeking an experience Payroll & HRIS Advisor to join their team on a permanent and full time basis. You will join a busy, people focused team. Your new role As Payroll & HRIS Advisor, your role will be to support the implementation of a new, global HRIS and lead the payroll implementation locally. You will help to ensure efficient and effective execution of payroll processes inclusive of recruitment, absence workflow and organisation structure maintenance. You will oversee the payroll for 900 employees and be a local point of contact for queries relating to pay, such as holidays, overtime and adjustments / deductions. What you'll need to succeed You will be a successful team player who has a customer focused approach to your work. You will ideally hold a degree level qualification in Business Management or Finance with substantial experience working within payroll management. Experience of iTrent and Workday would be highly advantageous with a strong knowledge of UK pensions and payroll legislation. You'll be confident dealing with varying sources of data demonstrate ability to succeed in an environment with tight deadlines, with an agility and openness to learn and develop. Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint, with advanced Excel and analytical skills are essential.
