HR Systems and Payroll Advisor Your new company We're looking for an HRIS and Payroll Advisor, to join a busy, people focused, People & Culture Team, to provide expertise, as a super user for HRIS and payroll systems, supporting the team and the wider business. Join us and help us deliver trusted HRIS solutions to our internal customers, driving us forward with improved local HRIS and Payroll processes. This exciting and developing opportunity is will take responsibility of a new HR system implementation reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner. The key focus areas of the role include: Support on implementation of a new global HRIS and lead on implementation locally Support end users on the HRIS and Payroll Systems Help ensure efficient and effective execution of HRIS and Payroll processes, such a recruitment requisition, absence workflow and organisation structure maintenance Drive the accuracy and reliability of HRIS and Payroll systems and data Carry out detailed data audits and ensure timely and accurate reporting and analysis Pioneer new ideas and implement as required Train People and Culture colleagues and internal customers, on systems and processes What you'll need to succeed Our ideal candidate will have a track record within an analytical role, be highly motivated and driven with a high level of attention to detail. You will be a successful team player, you will demonstrate a customer focused approach to your work, always taking the initiative and earning trust amongst colleagues and customers. You'll demonstrate strength in collaboration, communication, reporting and analytics. We are looking for someone who works successfully with team members at all levels and communicates effectively, both cross functionally with internal customers and with external suppliers. Our ideal candidate will hold a degree level qualification in Business Management or Finance, or other relevant subject, with at least three years' experience working with HRIS and payroll, in a medium to large Company. Experience working with iTrent, SuccessFactors and Workday in particular, would be advantageous. Knowledge in current UK pensions and payroll legislation is essential. You'll be confident dealing with varying sources of data demonstrate ability to succeed in an environment with tight deadlines, with an agility and openness to learn and develop. Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint, with advanced Excel and analytical skills are essential.
