If yes, then I have an exciting opportunity for you My client, based in Newport just off junction 28 of the M4, is seeking an experienced Account manager to join their existing team and take a lead role in managing a small portfolio of financial services clients. You will be working for one of the largest specialist financial services outsourcers in the UK, boosting some of the largest financial services companies in the world. With over 40 years experience in the industry, offering both a technical and Contact centre solution for their clients, you will play a pivotal role in the continued success of the group. Account Manager Responsibilities: To manage key accounts for the business, ensuring that lasting relationships are built and maintained Supporting every aspect of the client journey, and ensuring all agreements are delivered on Working within a multi-disciplinary team to meet all client needs Maximising cross-sell and up-sell opportunities Keeping up to date with any and all new products Visiting the client where necessary and keeping in tight communication at all times Liaise with internal departments to ensure services are delivered as per the contractual agreement Account Manager Benefits: Salary up to £45,000 Flexible working - with home working an option 3 days a week Working in a modern environment Fully funded vocational qualification Regular social events within the company Flexible benefits scheme Experience needed for an Account Manager: Experience of managing large key accounts and of managing multiple stakeholders Building long lasting relationships with clients Negotiating and presenting proposals to clients Experience of working in business process outsourcing would be desirable but not essential Deep understanding of how companies within remit work in terms of systems, processes and revenue streams A levels or equivalent If you feel this is the right role for you or you require more information on the role then please apply below. reduk
