Urgently seeking a passionate Systems Manager to lead change and delivery for our modern suite of applications Business Systems Manager Swindon, Wiltshire UK £52,000 - £55,000 Benefits Your new company We are a new public body formed out of 9 government organisations who are committed to ensuring the United Kingdom stay at the forefront of global innovation in the fields of science and technology. As part of an expansive digital transformation programme and heavy investment in technology we now seek to appoint a Business Systems Manager with broad experience across core business applications with the goal of modernising the way our users utilise technology. Your new role You will work in an autonomous role, forging strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as the go to point of contact for new upgrades, implementations and development of your suit of applications. You'll utilise your project management experience to efficiently deliver technical advancement in a modern and fast paced environment. What you'll need to succeed As the successful candidate in this role you'll be an experienced IT professional with knowledge across a range of business applications and systems, comfortable working in incredibly data driven environments. You'll identify opportunities for improvement in key IT services, investigating why established metrics are not being achieved, identifying root cause and securing agreement of improvement plans with service owners. You'll display expertise with a range of Business Management Systems including the MS Office 365 suite but we're happy for you to learn new systems on the job.
