Friendly close-knit team environment Newly refurbished open plan offices Free on-site parking Free tea, coffee & fresh fruit Working in a fun environment with plenty of opportunity for progression The Role Job Title: Finance Business Partner Job Type: Permanent Location: Swindon Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30-17:00 (additional hours may be required based on business needs) The purpose of this role is to operate as the lead Finance Business Partner for the site providing financial reporting and insight to support key strategic priorities and take a lead on the financial input for the annual budget and reforecast process. It’s also important to note that the business is going through constant change, so there will also be other project support required as and when applicable. This role is a no mess finance Business Partner role where there will be new challenges every day, so need to be adaptable with the ability to think outside of the box to produce innovative solutions. Our Finance function is currently undergoing significant change as it looks to drive insight and value at a group level. About You You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Significant post qualification experience Demonstratable experience in a Finance Business Partner position on your CV Experienced in providing insightful analysis to support business decision making and to be able to support strategic priorities. You will be a self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running and get stuck in whilst we continue to build a best in class finance function.
