Commissioning Engineer
Overview
Commissioning Engineer for our client; a specialist Commissioning and Water Treatment company based in London. They are looking for a Senior Commissioning Engineer to join their team in London to carry out testing and balancing of air ventilation systems, and chlorination of commercial water systems, including tanks and pipework, flushing of closed chilled water systems, and acid descales, whilst supervising a team of commissioning engineer's on site. The ideal candidate will be based in the South of the UK and be willing to travel long distances. The Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for systems validation, building performance checks, and commissioning inspections in commercial and domestic sites, such as office buildings, hospitals, shopping centres, colleges/universities, gyms, and hotels across the south of the UK, with most work being located in London. Commissioning Engineer Position Overview Supervising a team of commissioning engineers on site Chlorination of tanks and pipework Flushing of closed chilled water systems Acid descales Building performance checks Commissioning inspections Testing and Balancing of air ventilation systems Commissioning Engineer Position Requirements Be based in London or the home counties, Oxfordshire, Kent, Surrey, or Hampshire Have a good understanding of the CIBSE and BSRIA guidelines Have high attention to detail and have proven hands on skills Good customer relations skills Good general IT skills Commissioning Engineer Position Remuneration Salary depends on experience Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Overtime paid time and a half 20 days holiday BH We, Bennett and Game Recruitment, a technical recruitment agency based in Chichester are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
