Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced personal injury paralegal to join our team in Liverpool. The paralegal vacancy will be focused around handling pre-litigation fast track claims arising from EL/PL and product liability claims. The paralegals investigate liability by gathering evidence, obtaining witness statements, preparing client advices, valuing injuries. They also negotiate with claimant solicitors, as well as providing an exceptional level of service to our clients. A background in a defendant law firm would be ideal, with a high standard of verbal and numerical reasoning and the ability to analyse, evaluate and communication information logically is key - together with proficient IT skills. Previous experience within personal injury claims would be ideal however we are keen to also consider candidates that have a good background in assisting on cases and who are keen to build up to handling their own caseload.
