The Litigation department has a fantastic reputation and provides its insurer clients with the highest level of service. The successful candidate will work out of modern commercial offices in the heart of Liverpool, where you will work within their fast track litigation department on a caseload of litigated fast track RTA claims, from instruction to completion. You will need to have a sound understanding of the litigation process and procedures, and be capable of dealing with liability disputes and consistently deliver the highest level of service for your clients.
