Overview

An award winning Global Legal Organisation are now seeking an experienced Motor Claims Handler / Paralegal to join their fast paced Motor Claims team based in Liverpool City Centre. You will be working with market leaders who are the best in the industry. As an experienced Motor Claims Handler Paralegal the main purpose of your role will be to handle the defence of a wide range of motor claims resulting from RTA’s, as a result of which someone has incurred a loss. Duties and responsibilities: • Deal with the defence of a wide range of claims resulting from RTA’s • Handle MOJ claims • Progress Motor Insurance Claims (defendant) cases to conclusion • Handle losses up to £10k About you: • You will have Motor Claims handling experience preferably as a paralegal • Experienced in dealing with RTA’s and MOJ • Be able to handle your own caseload and be able to work within a fast paced environment • Excellent communication experience both written and verbal • Good IT & systems skills and experience Motor Claims Handler / Paralegal – Liverpool – up to £23,500 basic per annum, 25 days holiday, medical insurance, life insurance & pension) plus an excellent flexi benefits package including holiday buy/sell scheme, retail vouchers, dining cards, gym membership, season ticket loans etc,
