Overview
Quinton Davies has been engaged by a rapidly growing consultancy to secure a Director of HR Transformation to be based in Birmingham. This is a critical client facing role where you will lead and grow a team, where you will deliver too and grow a client base and where you will provide a range of people solutions to the most challenging business problems. Utilising your extensive network across the Midlands and our clients current customer base you will extend existing relationships and bring new clients on board. With a proven background in HR Transformation you will enjoy optimising HR departments so they drive their companies forwards utilising the latest technologies and most appropriate organisational structures. In order to apply for the Director of HR Transformation position you will need to meet the following criteria: Demonstrable and extensive experience in a client facing role Demonstrable and extensive experience in designing HR solutions and delivering them in complex and challenging environments Proven experience with business development in a consultancy environment A proven passion for HR technology and solutions A proven passion for motivating and creating high performing teams In return our client are able to offer a salary of between £70k and £100k plus excellent package depending upon experience.
