Finance Administrator - £11.50ph to £12.50ph - Bolney A super role working part time situated just outside Bolney village on a nearby industrial estate. Working for an independent business who are known for their products within the manufacturing sector. Working 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday, from 10am to 2.30pm with a 30 minutes lunch break. Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for the sales ledger within the account’s division. You will be calling clients with regards to credit control, the majority of businesses just need a gentle nudge to remind them of payment. Running of Sales Invoices and balancing. Processing Supplier invoices upon receiving through to payment Other administration duties and holiday cover for other administration staff. Filing and posting customer receipts. We would like someone to have experience of working in a Sales Ledger based role as well and previous experience using Sage 1 year.
