We are looking for a new UK Tax Manager to specialise in all areas of UK tax. This is an opportunity to join an acquisitive, fast paced Growing Technology business, based in their Head Office in Reading, as the UK Tax Manager, you will work across the whole portfolio responsibilities as the UK specialist. Description Based in the head Office in Reading, there is a requirement for a new Tax Manager to take ownership of a range of Tax Planning, Advisory and Compliance duties. It would be expected that the successful candidate take responsibility for reviewing and advising on tax implications. Assessing new business opportunities; providing business partnering support; setting up tax and compliance arrangements for new territories, as well as taking ownership of the international tax filings and VAT process. Profile Candidates for the UK Tax Manager position will ideally possess either an Accountancy or Tax qualification (ACA, ACCA or CTA) and have demonstrable experience from either a professional services/accountancy firm, or an in-house position.
