Overview

Reed HR are partnered with a large not-for-profit organisation based in Central London, in order to recruit for a HR Business Partner on 6 – 9-month Fixed Term Contract. This company is looking for someone on a full-time basis to start as soon as possible. The role and your responsibilities: Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management Develop a deep understanding of business areas and use insight, information and intelligence to assist managers Support managers with job sizing, job evaluation and resource and workforce planning Prepare reports and briefings on a range of people-related matters Coach and support managers on issues in relation to performance management and complex case work Work closely with recruitment, administration and payroll to ensure a full service Enable managers to lead complex change processes, including TUPE and trade union consultations Support/take the lead for the delivery of service-based projects The Person: To be successful in this role, you will have ideally worked within a fast paced and busy HR Business Partner position previously or looking for a step up. You will need to have a strong understanding and practical experience of TUPE in and out, as well as Change. You will need to have/be: Proven ability to deliver and influence with sound experience in performance and resourcing planning and supporting managers and staff in a complex organisation Strong and detailed knowledge of employment law CIPD qualified or equivalent Strong communication skills, including the impact culture, politics and governance frameworks Proven track record of delivering people management support to change programmes Ability to use initiative Willing to travel throughout England and Wales, including occasional overnight stays If you are interested in this role, please apply below and I will be in touch.
