About You For you, that will mean overseeing the care of every one of the residents in the fast paced, dynamic unit. You’ll even run the whole home when the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager are absent. And, whether you’re following up on any resident visits related to ill health, administering prescribed medicines or keeping records to meet statutory legal requirements, you’ll always have resident wellbeing in mind above anything else. We’re looking for a Registered Nurse with valid Pin number and, knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice and a background in person centred care planning within a care home. Beyond that, it’s all about your brilliant, positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. You’ll be a great leader and mentor who can manage time effectively and keep meaningful records. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you’ll be truly considerate and kind. Terms and Conditions apply About The Company Situated in Whitletts in the seaside town of Ayr, Claremont is a friendly care home, offering nursing and nursing memory care for those living with dementia. The home has a pet rabbit called Coffee. He was named by the residents, and he won pet of the year in 2014. There is a hairdressing salon on site. Claremont has an employee of the month picked by relatives and colleagues. There is a cinema room for residents. With sitting rooms, space for Residents to pursue their hobbies and interests and a lovely dining room, Claremont has a host of places in which to relax, dine, exercise, socialise and be creative. The pretty landscaped garden and patio is the perfect spot to spend time with friends and family, and is happily looked after by some of our Residents.
