Overview
International and very well respected company, working within an exciting and fast paced role, great team, excellent training We are recruiting for a Customer Account Coordinator to join our client based near Tring. This role will become key as you become responsible for delivering a world class customer service to the company’s global client base. You will manage the daily interaction with customers, maintaining and enhancing customer relationships in order to meet objectives, in turn driving the business forward as it continues to progress This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and dynamic graduate or a candidate who comes with account management experience, ideally from a manufacturing environment Key responsibilities Manage customer accounts, delivering business support and order management Build strong relationships with customers, managing quotations and customer orders Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure customers are fully updated with order delivery status, pro-actively advising them of any production delays Managing customer queries and possible issues Liaise with customers face to face and via conference call meetings, issue resolution What the client are looking for Excellent communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers Customer services background and either experience of SAP or confidence with system processing is a big advantage Cope well under pressure in a fast paced environment; you will be up for the challenge Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively on a daily basis Good written and spoken English What’s in it for you?
