Overview
Boutique travel agency specialised in corporate travels is setting up an in-house desk at one of their corporate client based in Central London. They are looking for an experienced French speaking Corporate Travel Consultant with a good knowledge of Amadeus. You will provide a polished and professional travel management service to their client, giving advice when needed and always going the "extra mile" to ensure they are offered the best and most effective travel solutions to meet their requirements. ROLE: Handling reservations and ticketing for air, hotels, rail and car hire Being aware of their budgets and offering the best deals possible, finding appropriate solutions Handling amendments, cancellations and schedule changes Delivering great customer service each and every time Keeping up to date with industry news which may affect clients PROFILE: Fluent French and English Previous business travel experience Experience arranging multi-sector flight itineraries A good working knowledge of Amadeus Fares and Ticketing expertise Excellent presentation Good worldwide geography and keen attention to detail Ability to deliver high level of customer service at all times Flexibility, adaptability and being able to work autonomously will be assets for the role Ability to travel to France when required SALARY: Between £31k/pa and £36k/pa negotiable according to skills and experience
