Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer Top 200 Firm Birmingham My client, a leading Commercial firm based in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer (Licensed Conveyancer or Qualified Solicitor) who will join as head of a small specialist team. The firm is one of the largest and most highly regarded regional private practices in the West Midlands. You will be joining a well-respected department, coming in to help drive and grow a key section of the Conveyancing office. Along with strong people management and development skills you will also have a proven track record in dealing with staircasing, leasehold enfranchisement and right to buy cases. I am looking to speak to ambitious Licensed Residential Conveyancers or Residential Property Solicitors with experience in the above who have the ability to manage but also work well in a larger team.
