Overview
Our client, an established music agency is seeking an Accounts Assistant/Credit Controller to maintain accounts for Artists. Key responsibilities will include: Allocating funds in a timely fashion. Ensuring high-profile acts are always a priority. Liaising with staff to ensure CRM is updated accurately. Chasing agents for first deposits. Running an efficient credit control chasing process. Preparing payments. Any other ad hoc duties. Covering colleagues on annual leave. Requirements: Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail. Capable of multi-tasking and working under pressure. Some knowledge of Sage. Studying towards an accounting qualification is preferred.
