It also has a talented team of brokers to convert the cases, and access to a myriad of markets and significant buying power to ensure you can deliver comprehensive cover at competitive premiums. All you have to do is attend the fact find and convert enquiries. You will be provided with circa 4 leads per week; these are qualified inhouse by a specialist team and will include all the pertinent data you need to win over the client and convert the sale (such as renewal date, current broker & insurer, claims history, background info on key personnel etc). Depending on your salary aspirations, be expected to supplement these with your own marketing activities - such as seeking referrals and recommendations, building professional connections, or attending networking events. It is essential that you have previous experience of working as a Commercial Account Executive and a sound understanding of all common commercial covers. You must be an excellent communicator (written and verbal), who is able to build rapport with prospects from all walks of life and industry sectors. As you will be working from home (with occasional trips to Head Office to meet the Team), you must be a self-starter who is well-organised, able to manage your own diary, and you must have excellent territory management skills. In return, you will receive a generous basic salary (entirely negotiable, but anticipated to be between £30-50K), car allowance, lap top and a range of company benefits, including support towards professional qualifications under the CII. The bonus is straight forward - you will earn 25% of all commission and fee income in excess of your salary per annum.
