Owing to their success, they now looking to expand their team further and are seeking a Renewals Adviser who will be dealing with a wide scope of insurance aspects, have a great drive and possess excellent customer service and relationship building skills. Role & Responsibilities of the Insurance Renewals Adviser: Efficiently process renewals documents and collect insurance premiums and setup payment plans Take calls regarding Insurance Renewals Retain existing business and also cross sell additional insurance products Work closely with colleagues to adapt policies where relevant to suit clients Arranging payment for policy from customers Hit monthly targets for Cross Sales, Up Sales, Direct Debit Sales and Add on sales; About You as the Insurance Renewals Adviser: Previous experience in insurance renewals is essential Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written Highly organised with outstanding telephone manner CII qualification would be advantageous Please note by applying for this role you give consent for Eileen Richards Recruitment to retain your CV for up to 24 months for the purposes of assisting you to find your next role unless you notify us otherwise.
