They are now looking for a Renewals Account Handler who will be dealing with a wide scope of insurance aspects, have a great drive and possess excellent customer service and relationship building skills. Role & Responsibilities of the Renewal Account Handler: Building and maintaining excellent business relationships. Providing contact centre support for new policies through inbound enquiries and referrals. Advising on existing products. Working closely with colleagues to adapt policies to suit clients and customers. Realise individual sales targets through the achievement of renewal figures.
