Overview

Quest Employment are currently recruiting for a Renewals Consultant to join a family owned and run business based in Northampton. They are the one of the UK’s leading providers of insurance. You will join a team of experienced Consultants who advise and sell on a range of insurance with a ‘niche’ sector, by providing friendly, informative advice to ensure the customer is getting the best deal for them Key Responsibilities - Maintain an excellent standard of customer service by explaining choices in a clear and uncomplicated way and providing recommendations ensuring customer and business needs are met - Achieve all agreed renewal targets for insurance are met and procedures are properly maintained. The company currenlty have a 90% renewal retention rate. - Assisting the Sales Team with sales when renewal volumes enable you too - Ensure sales are undertaken in accordance with the Company’s compliant processes - You will be involved within every aspect of the process handling incoming calls, premium administration as well as contacting clients to secure renewal early - You will be targeted in cross selling to the renewal customers - Prioritise your work by planning and focusing your tasks Person Specification - Experience working within an Insurance Sales environment (desirable) - Experience working in a sales environment with track record of closing sales - Confident providing excellent customer service over the phone in a clear and concise manner - The willingness and confidence to learn and develop through continuous on-job training - A flexible and proactive approach, and the ability to working within a small friendly team - Keenness to get involved within other areas of the business to become truly multi-skilled consultant - You will need good numeracy and literacy along with good keyboard skills - Possess the highest standard of integrity, honesty and quality in work - Possess a ‘Can Do’ attitude This is a fantastic opportunity for those who love to close sales and are willing to go the extra mile to do so, whilst providing the very best service to customers.
