New Customer Sales Coordinator Job, Halifax, Salary: £17,000 - £19,000 Your new company You will be joining a national leading manufacturing company out of the Halifax area. As a Customer Sales Coordinator you will become part of a large team within customer services. Your new job role As a Customer Service Coordinator, your key duties: Handling customer queries over the phone and via email Processing sales orders onto SAP Liaising with internal departments to ensure delivery Checking documentation for orders What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this Customer Service Coordinator job you will have previous experience in handling customer queries over the phone. As a office professional you will have experience in sales order processing and be able to demonstrate accuracy whilst processing. Experience on SAP or Sage is desirable but not essential to your success. What you'll get in return In return you will receive an annual salary of up to £19,000 dependent on customer service experience. As a Customer Service Coordinator you will enjoy working in a busy environment with a varied workload. You will be working for a company who support staff development and well being.
