Elevation HR are excited to be working on behalf of one of our clients - a Corporate Services Provider, looking to recruit a Learning and Development Advisor for their site based in Sheffield. This is a 2 year FTC initially with the potential to be extended or made permanent. This is an exciting opportunity working as part of a highly successful and supportive L&D Team, reporting into the Learning & Development Manager. This role will be responsible for supporting the L&D Manager in the delivery of an effective, professional and seamless Learning and Development Function, ensuring that employees cross-functionally and at all levels have the relevant skills and qualifications to contribute to the continuing development of a high performing organisation. In particular the role will focus on leadership and management development as well as systems implementation and digital learning. Duties & Responsibilities: - Supporting the analysis if company-wide L&D needs and to produce bespoke and effective in-house company Training Plans and Blended Learning Solutions primarily focussing on leadership development programmes - Working with stakeholders and wider L&D team on the design, development and delivery of management training programmes - Supporting both technical and behavioural developments across the organisation - Build ongoing professional relationships with external training providers as well as commissioning training solutions from external providers - Assisting with the development and implementation of eLearning solutions - Design and implementation of systems and digital based learning - Management of company-wide LMS and associated administration Elevation HR are looking to speak with Learning and Development professionals with the following skills and experience: - Experience within a similar role within a corporate environment - Experience of design and delivery of management training initiatives - Extensive experience of eLearning and blended learning solutions - Management and delivery of systems training - Innovate, forward thinking and ability to work on own initiative - Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills - Experience in the design, development, delivery and constant evaluation of training This is an exciting opportunity working for a successful forward thinking company.
