Overview
My client is seeking an interim Financial Accountant for a period of 12 months whilst the business goes through a period of significant change. Being able to work with ambiguity and constantly changing demands and deadlines will be a pre-requisite, as well as being able to carry out the following day to day responsibilities: > Timely and accurate period end close process > Managing the finance data flows into the group consolidation and reporting system > Ensuring excellent financial data quality and consistent application of the chart of accounts > Driving a reporting change agenda > Timely, insightful and accurate production of financial reporting for the business > Performing cost variance analysis and monitoring of cost run rates > Balance Sheet analysis and challenge. > Supporting the external audit process and the preparation of Statutory Accounts
