Overview

We are currently recruiting for an International Customer Service Advisor to join a growing, friendly team based near to Royston. Duties: Monitoring the orders of the Department’s most demanding and challenging markets Generating and ensuring that all paperwork for export purposes to approx. 33 countries, including Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, EUR1, Phytosanitary Certificate and many others Export Health Certificates, complies with all applicable laws, requirements and procedures for all destination countries (EU and Non-EU) Managing international customers claims and dealing with complaints Helping the company to maintain relations with partners Managing and creating declarations to Customs of goods going by land, sea and air (CHIEF system) Cooperating with local Chamber of Commerce and Embassies Reporting to Export Manager and preparing presentations for customers Working closely with Finance department and pricing the customers Arranging the shipment with freight forwarders and ensuring that all instructions are provided to the operational team Ensuring that all translations/labels are compatible with all market’s requirements You will Be ambitious Be confident and enthusiastic Have excellent interpersonal and translation skills Have worked in a range of sectors undertaking a vast range of retail, logistic, operational and administrative roles to improve my business acumen Hope to secure a role that will broaden your cultural and linguistic horizons whilst providing the experience to develop your professional skills In return £20K-£22k 23 days holiday which increases 1 day per year, up to 26 days Sick pay, up to 8 days Private health care Pension Additional health care including dental costs Free on-site parking Company bonus scheme
