Job description A niche, highly skilled Construction Consultancy based in the City requires a Senior level Monitoring Surveyor to join their professional team. The team are now looking to expand as a result of sustained success. The role Fund / Bank Surveyor working specifically for Banks and Funding Organisations, where you will be the eyes and ears of the funder to ensure that the costs, programme etc are all on line as per what the Developer has told them. You will have your own portfolio of deals to manage where you will be liaising with the Clients and developers. Working on intricate projects, the consultancy requires highly qualified and ambitious Surveyors to join the practice. Requirements You will be a Chartered Quantity or Building Surveyor, ideally having gained experience working closely with banks and funds previously, though this isn’t essential.
