Overview
My client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative to join the team at a high-end residential building based in East London. Hours of work, Monday - Friday (8/4 or 9-5) Main duties: General basis maintenance (excluding any electrical or mechanical works) Initial leak investigations, ascertaining the properties affected and rough location of the leak Internal touch up and redecorations Repairs to the decking Jet washing & decoration to the decking Basic carpentry works (to the skirting boards) Previous experience working in residential apartments would be beneficial. The successful candidates must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
