Property Lawyer - Suffolk - Full time - Salary negotiable Seeking a career in property? 3 Years property lawyer experience? Due to continued growth our client in Bungay are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious lawyer with at least 3 years residential and commercial property experience. On the commercial conveyancing side you must have experience in drafting approvals of leasehold management documentation to include - Licences to assign authorised guarantee agreements Commercial property acquisitions Residential conveyancing will include but not limited to the following - Residential sales and purchases Re-mortgages and third party charges Knowledge of residential leaseholds Whether you are a solicitor, legal executive or trainee I would be happy to hear from you as salary is depending on experience If you are talented, committed to a high standard and are seeking a long term stable career please contact Rebecca .
