Overview
Would you like to play a key strategic role at a market leading recruitment agency, working across a range of specialisms? How does playing a lead role in a thriving, dynamic L&D function sound? As the L&D Business Partner, you would have a key part in an exceptional L&D team, designing and delivering content to a range of levels, including sales & leadership training. Whilst conducting training needs analysis across the firm, you would help create future L&D strategy across the firm. The client is a market leading recruitment agency, with international exposure and exciting growth plans. They have an incredibly entrepreneurial L&D team, comprising a wide range of expertise, ensuring constant growth and development for all members. The main responsibilities for the successful L&D Business Partner will be: Designing & delivering training courses for a range of levels. Conducting thorough TNA across the firm, and creatively addressing any learning gaps. Working with the wider Talent team to ensure a comprehensive, cohesive L&D programme for everyone in the firm. The ideal L&D Business Partner will have: Experience of creating and delivering content across a range of sectors, ideally including a sales-based environment. Proven best practice in L&D, and experience of demonstrating return on investment. Range of professional L&D qualifications, along with evidence of continued professional development.
