Job: Senior Audit Manager Location: Glasgow Your new company The Big 4 firm offer a broad range of services to their clients including, audit, accounts, taxation and advisory. Having won a number of high profile clients they are looking to recruit a dynamic and motivated leader within the busy audit team. Working with a range of Financial Services and core commercial clients you will have the chance to build a successful career over the coming years in the sector where you have the expertise to add value. Your new role Working as a senior manager you will manage key external audit relationships within either financial services or core assurance. You will manage the delivery of advisory services, identity and develop both audit and advisory opportunities, maintain excellent sector knowledge, develop staff and retain a broad perspective of the challenge clients face in this diverse sector. What you'll need to succeed You will hold a relevant professional qualification such as CA or ACCA, have extensive external audit experience, through knowledge of UK GAAP / IFRS and a strong knowledge of financial reporting and controls. In addition you will have excellent relationship building skills, the ability to capitalise on sales opportunities and excellent presentation skills. The ability to lead a team is key and candidates with ambition and drive will thrive in this role.
