Overview
Role Summary: Will take strong graduates for this role. For the right candidate it will be ideal to have at least 1-2 years working in a SOC environment and to be degree educated in any of the following topics; computer science, mathematics, physics, network security etc. What does the role involve? Trailing and investigating security incidents? liaising with customers to detail investigation outcomes and recommend remediation actions. Assisting in the definition of analysis procedures and protocols. Can I apply? Do you understand the following technologies/toolsets; SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint detection and response, ITSM, etc. Do you have a working knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language? Have knowledge of common security technologies (such as Firewalls, proxies, DLP, VPN).
