Information Security Specialist- Farnham -Perm Role New and exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Information Security Specialist looking for the next stage in their career. Our client is an international organisation looking for an Information Security Specialist with a demonstrable interest in Information Security to join their already talented team based in Farnham. Responsible for contributing to the Information Security Strategy, aligned to business objectives, risk appetite and the developing IT risk landscape. This will include: To support, influence and contribute to the Information Security strategy and function for the group. Provide support to the Group Information Security Manager and Group Head of Information Security with any necessary tasks. The primary focus will be guiding and supporting IT & business projects on information security matters, being a subject matter expert. Required skills and experience: Excellent knowledge of Information Security Good knowledge of security architectures Ideally working knowledge of DevSecOps / Secure DevOps. Experience in conducting risk assessments Good stakeholder management experience Subject matter expert in Infosec and able to communicate to non tech audience. Good working knowledge of IT including operating systems and networks. Working knowledge of ISO 27001 & ideally PCI-DSS Secure Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) OWASP Top 10 knowledge. Personal Profile: The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in IT and Information security and have excellent interpersonal skills.
