Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a newly formed role - Continuous Improvement Maintenance Engineer with a market leading Medical Device company that changes the lives of people globally. Based in Crawley, this brand-new position is a chance for you to put your own stamp on a well-renowned manufacturing business. As part of the Production Team you will be taking ownership of state-of-the-art automated machinery, training operators on new processes and pitching innovative improvement changes to senior management. This is an ideal role for someone looking to challenge themselves by being accountable for the continued development, running and maintenance of a whole production line.
