We currently require an Administrator to join the Income team in our Bristol office, delivering administrative support to our team of Income Officers. The focus of this vital role is to contribute to the efficient running of the team by providing accurate administrative support which includes producing letters, handling post, updating and managing the housing database system, filing and scanning documents and dealing with low level rent arrears, including taking some payments over the telephone. The successful applicant will also be responsible for monitoring the department for working pensions landlord portal and assisting with other duties as required while ensuring that all standards are met and policies and procedures are followed. To be successful in this role candidates will have the following experience: Strong administrative background, gained within a busy office environment Highly organised with the ability to work on their own initiative, prioritise effectively and manage a busy workload, often to tight deadlines. Excellent IT and team working Strong customer service skills are essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to support residents and resolve queries quickly and efficiently. Experience within a housing related environment would be a real advantage but is not essential This is a great opportunity for someone wishing to gain experience within Housing in a sector leading organisation.
