Are you already a stores administrator or engineering stores person working in a fast paced manufacturing environment and looking for a part-time role? We are looking for someone to work for 20 hours per week with our Engineering team at Bristol. Working as part of a well-established engineering team contributing towards a common purpose of providing the best quality service for our customer through commitment and teamwork. To ensure all Engineering Stores Administration, SAP ERP and SRM are completed in a timely and accurate manner to meet internal and external customer needs, and to support Continuous improvement in the Asset Care Stores and too the engineering team. The Recipe To contribute towards a common purpose of providing the best quality service for our customer through commitment and teamwork. Your role will be to interact with all departments and external contractors and suppliers daily to ensure that all equipment is ordered and in the correct locations to as to minimalise any delay to repairs and maintenance. You will be responsible for carrying out all adminstration tasks to support the team, ensuring that all deliveries and stock is put away and accounted for daily - carrying out stock checks when required. Liaising with centre purchasing and the SAP team to maintain the material master and vendor master data and ensuring the site is compliant with audit criteria.
